Rapid programme growth with multiple funding streams (GLA, Skills for Londoners, Do It Now Now, etc.) created complexity. There were issues with grant tracking, internal financial controls, and compliance with charitable governance best practices.
Solution:
I redesigned their financial structure, created budget control frameworks, and implemented reporting systems aligned with funding compliance. I also built cash flow forecasting tools and managed payroll + expense systems tailored for social impact teams.
